Here is a personal favorite of mine!
For golf swing instruction, my personal favorite, without a doubt, is David Nevogt's "The Simple Golf Swing".

I purchased the book a few years back when I was first embarking on my obsession with golf and found it to be very informative and very helpful. David breaks the golf swing down into its basic parts....grip, stance, backswing, downswing, follow through, and teaches you how to swing without overthinking the mechanics involved. Because let's face it, when you overthink the swing, when you concentrate so much on 5 different aspects of the swing, you're bound to mess up on at least one of those aspects. And your shot doesn't work out the way you wanted. David's golf swing is easy to understand and therefore easy to learn.
Pretty good stuff, huh? Like I said before, The Simple Golf Swing is my personal favorite.
